The Long Term Care insurance

the Career Agent District Leader position. This opportunity combines your sales

As a Career Agent District Leader, you will have the dual role of personal
production and building a strong team of dedicated insurance specialists. Your
team will help the aging population of the San Francisco Bay Area secure their

Job Requirements:To qualify you should
possess:
3 years of proven
sales and leadership experience in the financial services or insurance
industry.
Proven track record of
consistent sales growth.

recruit, develop and retain dedicated career sales agents.
Proven ability to
develop market strategies, penetrate untapped markets and generate new sales opportunities.
